My career began as a Financial Analyst at BNY Mellon, where I gained first-hand insight into the common challenges faced by Finance departments. This experience sparked my passion for improving and optimizing the daily operations of Finance professionals.

I then transitioned to Wolters Kluwer, joining their Financial Services practice. Here, I refined my expertise in implementing software solutions for finance, risk, and regulatory reporting, with a strong focus on the banking sector.

To expand my perspective, I joined KPMG, where I combined my technology knowledge with essential elements like people and process management, gaining a well-rounded understanding of the Finance function in banks.

These experiences have given me a holistic view of banking Finance, including content, technology, and processes. This enables me to effectively lead diverse transformation initiatives with a deep understanding of all the key components.
